Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll get back to you within 10 business days with our thoughts, questions, and suggestions to make sure we fully understand your vision.
After that, we’ll prepare a detailed quote and timeline. A 50% deposit sets everything in motion — that’s when we start designing, crafting, and shaping your concept into a tangible piece you can hold.
When your item is finished, we’ll send the final invoice, and as soon as payment is complete, your creation will be carefully packaged and shipped straight to you.
